My remote is not working. Can you tell me why?
Typically when the candles have very low battery power, the colours cannot change and a dim red light is displayed or the remote will not work. If you are finding that one of the candles is responding to the remote but the other is not, remove the batteries from the working candle and place them in the non-working candle to determine if that is the issue. Alternatively you can use a battery tester.
